Laird Limited Warranty

Laird Telemedia offers a one year warranty on all of its products. Certain conditions apply and are detailed in our printed warranty. For a copy of the Laird warranty, please contact us at sales@lairdtelemedia.com and we will provide you with a document. The same warranty is also printed in the instruction booklet provided with each unit that we sell.

Warranty Service Return

For return processing, please contact Laird for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and include the product's Serial Number, and the name of the Dealer the product was purchased from. Properly package and insure your equipment and return it prepaid to:

Out of warranty repairs are also accepted at the above location. A written estimate will be sent to the customer once our technicians have identified the equipment failure.
